Mitchell Sick



As Co-Founder and President, Mitch oversees the future vision and direction of NUBiiS.  His extensive background in executive leadership, operations, business development and marketing, provides NUBiis with a truly differentiated blend of perspective in business and technology value with a commitment to service. Mitch also leverages his technical expertise to assist with product development and engineering support for solution design. Mitch is NUBiiS’ resident, lovable, geek

Prior to NUBiiS, Mitch was in charge of Engineering and Sales at a Carrier Agent covering Nebraska and Iowa.

Before that Mitch Managed HunTel/American Broadband’s Network Operations group.  He spearheaded the deployment of High Speed Broadband to 23 communities via coax cable, copper, fiber optic and wireless infrastructure.  Later on, he lead the expansion of the fiber   optic network to include key interconnects with multiple service providers which led to significant YoY revenue increases.

Mitch is NUBiiS’ resident geek, sometimes pontificating on technical subjects that most don’t understand and stop listening after a while.

Lee Jones



As Co-Founder and VP of Sales & Operations, Jones drives direct sales activities and results as well as oversees operations that focuses on outstanding customer experience.  

Lee brings extensive industry experience in Data & Voice Communications and leads the company’s marketing organization: driving messaging, branding and go-to-market strategies.  He is responsible for driving NUBiiS’s growth and market leadership by delivering and supporting the full range of NUBiiS products, services and solutions to businesses in the United States. Lee is also responsible for ensuring that NUBiiS' customer facing sales and service professionals understand and communicate the unique value that NUBiiS brings to customers and business partners.

Prior to NUBiiS, Lee restructured a Carrier Agent’s Pre-Sales to Post-Sales Operational environment as Vice President of Sales & Operations.  

Before that, Lee served at CenturyLink as Sales Manager of Nebraska and Eastern Iowa.  His team doubled their sales numbers during his tenure by taking back market share and increasing revenue from existing customers by focusing on collaboration, not selling products.

Lee keeps the office on its toes with quick humor and biting commentary that spares no one.


Jones attended University of Nebraska-Omaha, focusing on Communications and Public Relations and Bellevue University focusing on Business Administration and Technical Studies.
